Important Note: All chapters in NPHC-FRED must pay annual dues to NPHC-FRED in order for the local council (NPHC-FRED) to submit dues to NPHC Headquarters and be recognized by NPHC Headquarters as a financial council, hold NPHC meetings and participate in NPHC activities.
