The National Pan-Hellenic Council of Greater Fredericksburg (NPHC-FRED) was established August 29, 2007 in Fredericksburg, Virginia; proudly serving the city of Fredericksburg, and counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Westmoreland.

 

The representatives of historically African American Greek-lettered organizations have come together in common interest and view-points. We recognize the need and benefit of united strength! While providing resources to meet the challenges of the day, and also recognizing the need for mutual supportive activities in Fredericksburg and surrounding counties to enhance the social, cultural, fraternal, financial, educational, political, and social welfare of our community. Hereby, resolve to commit and join together to form an Alumnae Greek Letter Organization and pledge to abide by the constitution, by-laws, rules, and regulations as they are promulgated.
